iPhone X transfer from iPhone X to storage device?

I want to directly transfer some large video files from my iPhone X to a Glyph hard drive that supports USB and FireWire. I know I would need an adapter that’s lightening to USB or FireWire. Is there software available for this? I don’t want to transfer to my iMac and then to the Glyph because that would take too long.
 
I'd like to know myself. I just xfer files from my X to PC and then to my external hd... Not too bad but it did take some time.
