Hello all, I'm shooting a movie on the iPhone 12 max pro and 13. I want to make sure I don't loose any quality when I transfer to a laptop to edit. Any advice on how to do this? Thank you.

I was having a difficult time locating them. I will look further into that option though, thank you.

You many need to just drag the video out of Photos and drop a copy into a location in finder. Photos does not reveal the location of the master file anymore.

If the original is still on your phone, you should be able to use the Image Capture app to copy it to your Mac. Connect you iPhone via a cable and open Image Capture. it will show you a list of the images and videos on the phone.
