For the last 5 years my Apple id is at mac.com.

I want to replace my old Apple id to a new one at me.com (for everything incl. iCloud) without losing my purchases from iTunes/App store.

Is there any way to transfer my Apple id from mac.com to me.com?

Names for MobileMe are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you were an active .Mac member as of July 9, 2008 then your member name is also yours for @me.com.

As for your iTunes account, your Apple ID is separate from your email address, meaning you can change your email address without changing your Apple ID.

I was an active .Mac member since August 2007 and my member name is not valid on @me.com.

The problem is I want to use a new .Me email as my Apple id (Store, iCloud) instead of the .Mac one without losing the purchases.

You may want to get in touch with Apple to resolve this issue.

Purchases made in the iTunes store, Mac App Store etc cannot be transferred. Creating a new Apple ID simply to use .Me will see you losing all previous purchases.
