- I saved a bunch (hundreds) of photos from my mums dying iPhone.
- She now has a new iPhone, but without the old photos (she didn't have iCloud turned on at all).
- She (or me) doesn't have a Mac, just a Chromebook.

How do I best get the old photos to her Photos.app? Without her having to save hundreds of photos manually.

* From the Chromebook, upload photos to something like Dropbox, Google Photos or even Flickr.
* From the new iPhone, download that app
* Sign into the app and you should be able to save the photos to local storage/camera roll. There should also be an option to mass select though you might still have to do this in batches.
* Turn on iCloud on the new iPhone so that it will back it up!

Pro Tip - since you guys use a Chromebook, Google services is probably easiest for you. The iPhone Google Photos/Google Drive app can automatically backup your iPhone camera roll photos too so that you can view them on the computer and phone.
