Transfer non supported apps

I had another thread on this, Apple has stopped supporting a app I like for some political reasons, how can I transfer this app from my existing 13pro to a new 14pro if I decide to get one?

Depending on how Apple stopped supporting the app, it may still be possible to retrieve it from the Purchased section of your Apple ID (regardless of whether the app was paid or free)

iCloud does not back up apps and will not provide a way to transfer them from one phone to another.
