"Transfer purchases from iPhone" isnt transferring my purchases from my iPhone.

Basically what the title says.

I have a few applications I bought and downloaded on my iPhone isn't transferring to my iTunes. It says 'Copying "xxxxx"' and acts like its doing it, but it doesnt show up in my iTunes after it does that. Any one else having this problem?

Running newest version of iPhone Software and iTunes.
Not Jailbroken or unlocked.
Mac OS 10.5.4

reauthorize your computer through itunes, see if it helps.

only good side is that it was only a .99 app.
