iPad Transfer songs from iPad to iPhone

So... I have a MacbookPro5,1 which was a gift for Christmas otherwise I would never own a Mac. I don't want to leave "Mac World" but they're just too expensive (for me). I was thinking/wondering if it's possible to transfer songs from an iPad (iOS 13) to iPhone? - I was thinking I could replace my MBA with iPad once iPadOS is released. But if I can't transfer my '2hour EDM song I got from Soundcloud while I clean the house' to my iPhone, I'm basically back to square-one.

You can do the transfer with third party software. I recommend "Imazing 2". It was recently on sale in the Macworld Magazine store for $19.99 US. You might want to check there first.
