iPad Transfer to HomePod - not in iPadOS 13.2?

Is this new 13.2 feature only for iOS and not iPadOS?

I have the option on my iPhone, but not iPad.

Settings -- General -- AirPlay & Handoff -- Transfer to Homepod

There was an issue with HomePod update and Apple has currently pulled it. Your issue is probably somewhere in the mix.
