transfering music files to flash drive

How does ones transfer selected itunes music files to a flashdrive?

You can find all you iTunes content in that location

have you try'd importing, sorry, Add to Library, (under File) from the flashdrive, using iTunes?

Right-click the Music folder > Show Info > What do you see under Sharing and permissions? Can you change the permissions?
