iPod Transfering Music/iPod to new PC

I just built myself a new PC (see signature), and I am wondering about the best way to transfer my iTunes music and iPod (4G 20 Gig) from my iMac to my PC. At this time, I think I will burn a data CD from iTunes, but how do I move my iPod to my PC?
