transfering theme from imac to iphone?

i have winterboard installed on my iphone. i found a theme online on my imac, but not sure how to get it from my imac to my iphone.

can someone point me in the right direction on how to do this?

okay so i got my imac connected to my iphone, but when i open the library folder there is not a folder called Themes to put my custom them in... so i made a new folder, called it Themes and uploaded my custom theme... but it didn't work cause it's not showing up in my theme list in winterboard.

can someone help?!

If you go to the root of the iphone then to the library folder there will be a themes folder that has the default theme in it.
