Transferred from 13Pro to 15Pro - Shazam history empty now

while transferring everything over to my new iPhone 15 Pro via iCloud restore, I noticed my Shazam history is now empty. it shows that its still synching to iCloud and its turned on in the iCloud settings. did anyone else's Shazam history list go empty? when I log into Shazams website, the history is still there and its also loaded the myshazams playlist in Apple Music. just the list in the app itself went empty.

Try turning Apple Music synch off and back on in the Shazam app. That fixed it for me

Did that, didn’t do anything. Still showing 0 on Shazam, but the playlist from before in Apple Music is still there and populated.

If you check in settings/your name/icloud and show all is music recognition and Shazam turned on to sync with iCloud?

Assuming you are checking for the songs in the Shazam app

Yup, both are on. And if I remember correctly, all my previous Shazams imported from my 12 Pro to my 13 Pro 2 years ago so this has never been an issue. Not a huge deal but still would like to figure it out. Wish they had a manual sync button vs needing to do an entire restore.

Haven’t seen other reports. I setup my 15 Pro as new (no restore from backup) last night. I noticed that my Shazam list was empty in the Shazam app and turning off sync and back on fixed it. Post here with the solution if you ever figure out a fix. Good luck!😊

How long did you wait before turning it back on. I did a quick off and on. Needs more time?
 
The Shazam update just wiped over a decade of shazams. Hope I can get them back. But I'm not holding my breath. What a sloppy move by Apple.
