Hey guys, I have a mac pro 1.1 with a 240 gig SSD split in half, El Capitan on 120 gig partition, and Windows 7 on other 120 gig partition.

I bought another 240 gig SSD, and I want to end up with OSX on it's own 240 gig SSD, and win7 on it's own 240 gig SSD.

What's the easiest way to go about this?

Is there an option that doesn't cost $20?

It's worth the price. The ability to easily clone and restore your Windows partition (not easily doable without this as it handles all the requisite startup files correctly during transfer) is worth the price alone. Moving Windows to a new Mac or drive goes from being a complete pain in the arse to a total breeze and you'll save a load of time compared to a total re-install and backup restore.
