Transferring an m4r ringtone without iTunes

I've got an M4R file but I'm unable to sync my iPhone until much later on in the day. Is there any way to get the M4R onto my iPhone without using iTunes? I've had a look about but can't find anything so any advice would be great!

nope. you might be able to ssh it in, but then that would require a computer which you don't have til later, so, no.
