hi guys/girls on these wonderful forums, gotta a question.

recently purchased a 24" imac, and i was wondering how to get all the apps i have downloaded for my iphone from my windows machine to the new mac. i've turned on home sharing on both machines and all the mp3s/videos are available but not the apps. i've also tried to log into the store and of course they're not available to redownload. i'm guessing maybe the files are different from the windows version to the mac version? or can i copy them off of my machine and copy them across??

thanks for the help

terry

Take My Documents\My Music\iTunes\Mobile Applications from one computer, copy it to the other one over the network, through an external drive. Put it in the iTunes directory on the other computer. Drag the Mobile Applications folder into iTunes, done. Or you could just connect the iPhone to the new computer and under the File menu, select Transfer Purchases if the iPhone doesn't auto-sync or click the Transfer Purchases option that comes up when iTunes recognizes it hasn't synced with this empty library before.
Posted on the first thread I ever made :)

heh. too late, i thought being different OSes i just went to the itunes on this computer and slowly redownloading them all again.. i dont have to pay for them again, so its not that bad..
