Hey guys, just wondering if this is possible? I bought some apps on my wife's account and now everytime an update comes along I need to log in with her password. Is this possible at all?

Cheers, Marcel.

Don't you know her password?

Or can you not share a single account?

As far as I know, you cannot transfer applications from one account to another.

I do know her password, she just wants to close her account and share one with myself.

Good question, we just received my wife's new iphone today and I would like to know if this is possible. It would certainly make life easier.

I send apps that I buy to my kids and wife, and they do the same for me, as long as I enter their password it will work with 5 users. Just got Logmein and she shared it! (saved me $30)

I do this with a couple friends, you have to have them authorize their computer to use the apps, they don't have to be logged in to your account, but if there is an update they will have to use your username and pass for that.

So can someone please clarify this for me? I just got a new iphone 3GS and I'm giving my wife my old one. She already has an itunes account with her ipod touch, but she really doesn't have an app collection like I do. Can she still have her own itunes account on her computer so that that she can get her podcasts, backup her iphone, and sync, etc, and then also be able to log on with her computer using my itunes account id and be able to have access to all of my paid apps as well?
