Transferring audio book to Iphone 15 pro max

Guys, is it even possible to transfer Audio files to Iphone 15 pro max?
I have been using Icarefone but with the new computer I don't want spend another 70 dollars for a lisence.

Can I actually transfer audio files to my iphone 15 pro max on a pc with itune?

I have transfer audio long time before, all I have to do is select an app and than transfer audio files.

I can't do it that way anymore, apps are no were to be found on the itune on pc.
