iPod Transferring contents of ipod to new mac's itunes

I had no luck with Migration assistant moving apps from my old mac to my new one.

I know if I attempt to hook up my iPod Mini to the new computer it will try to wipe it, since I have no music or libraries saved on the new computer, and I don't want to lose what is on my iPod.

I know there is software out there that will allow me to take what I have on my iPod and turn it into a library/put it in iTunes, however I don't know what it is called or where to get it.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Much appreciated.

To take music off your iPod and put it onto your Mac use Senuti. Great app, probably your best option.
