I'm having a problem with this. When setting up the iPhone, an option is Move Data from Android. After installing the Move to iOS app on the Samsung and following Apple's instructions for this on the support site, I get to a point where the iPhone asks for a password. This isn't mentioned in the instructions; and is not the numeric code generated by the app to authorise the transfer. The password requested appears to be linked to the iPhone's network name.

I have no idea what password it's requesting - can anyone shed any light on this?

Can you make a photo of that request? Don't remember having it previously. Also, have you tried Apple ID and backup password for iPhone 11?

Sadly, I can't do that at the moment, as the two phones belong to a customer of mine, and I don't have them with me. I have begun to suspect that it might be the Aplle ID password, even though nowhere is the Apple ID mentioned.

Don't know what you mean by backup password - the sequence I'm going through is on first setup of a brand new iPhone 11 - it hasn't even been given any personal information yet.
