Transferring files from PB to MB

So I don't have a firewire or USB cable and they don't sell them at the local Wal-Mart.

Can I set up a wireless network or use my ipod to transfer all my music files and important documents? Anyone have any experience with this?

you should be able to set up and Ad-hoc network between the 2 using your airport menubar icon. then just make sure you're sharing files and drop what you need to copy in the dropbox. You can also connect to the same wireless network and do it that way, but you'll probably get better speeds/reliability doing it ad-hoc
