Transferring from Mac to PC

Hey guys, here's what i'm trying to do. I have a guitar website, and am recording some video lessons to post up. I use Final Cut Pro on a mac. I'm having a problem connecting my mac to the internet, so i need help either getting it connected, or help transferring it to my laptop. I have tried using a firewire, but that did not work... any suggestions would be much appreciated. thanks guys!

Do you have an Ethernet cable?

Several options:

- Burn files to a CD/DVD
- Transfer files to a thumb drive or external drive formatted to FAT32
- Boot Mac as a target Firewire drive and connect to PC
- Fix why you can't connect Mac to internet: some details what's not working would help here
- Connect Mac and PC to same network router and transfer files from one to the other using a shared folder
