Transferring from route user.

So after the recent scare I've decided that I'm going to transfer myself from the main Admin account to a secondary account. Now setting a second account up is easy obviously, but am I going to have to reinstall all my software? And how easy is it to transfer the contents of my movies, documents, and music folders over?

If the software is installed in the Applications folder it will not need to be re-installed.
If it is not in the app. folder put it there

SImplest way to move files is via a "shared" folder. put it all in there then log in to the new account and drag it out.

why not just make a new admin account and demote your current one?
