You could do it via network connection (wireless or wired) or get an external hard disk drive and transfer your iTunes library to that and then plug it into your new PB and drag the files over.

Congrats on your new PB.

I don't know if you have an iPod, but if you do you can use iPodRip, which will replicate your playlists and playcounts. I used it and it worked very well.

I'd go with iPod rip as well if you have an iPod, transferring all the files and keeping playlists and playcounts can be a messy business. :)
