Hello everyone,

I have an old ipod nano which i setup and registered on a family members computer ages ago with their apple ID. My question is: Is their any way i can transfer the music on my old ipod nano on to my own itunes library (so i could then transfer that music on to my new ipod touch)?

i would imagine this is somehow possible but if not, whats the next best alternative?

Hi,

Go to iTunes> File > Transfer Purchases for any iTunes bought content

or

download Senuti if the the content is not iTunes bought. Senuti will copy iPod content into iTunes (not sure if it copies protected files, but I think it might).
