Transfers

Anyone having trouble with transfers? I've bought two movies from my ATV and they won't transfer over to my computer and all I did was update.

In iTunes, try Store --> Check for Available Downloads.

That doesn't work. I've tried. I've also tried de-authorizing my computer and reauthorizing it and it won't work still. I keep getting this error.

Are you sure you are using the same iTunes account on both the ATV and computer?

I only have one account.
