Well I do live in the U.S. Not sure where you thought the San Francisco Bay Area was...Probable U.S only or they haven't put it on the update, at a guess

It's not, it's an A5 chip thing, the 32-bit iPhone 5 does get it. I see no reason the 4s wouldn't work with it but who knows?Hmmm maybe it's a 32bit thing. Really don't want to put it on my 5s though...

Only Chicago and NYC seem to have it on my 6. I'm sure other areas will have it at launch
