Transition Animations stopping fix?

i am getting the error when transition animations stop working- am on 9.2 with the 6S+ does anyone know how to fix this without a restart? clearing all apps doesnt seem to work either. didnt expect this with 2GB ram

Add 1 language or change the language. Then come back the animation.

This bug is not easy for reproduce. Sometimes when I use/many tap assistive touch, open multitasking, open 3rd video player, a app crash, with happiness comes issue.

Thanks are you using 6S or 6S+ not sure if that matters tho
