ETA: I've transferred my Google services (contacts and calendar) to iCloud but I still primarily use Gmail. I will cease using my Gmail address in the next few days once I transfer my archived Gmail messages into iCloud. Do you mean transfer all your emails from your @gmail.com address to your @icloud.com address? ETA: I've transferred my Google services (contacts and calendar) to iCloud but I still primarily use Gmail. I will cease using my Gmail address in the next few days once I transfer my archived Gmail messages into iCloud. Hi I just did that myself and it was pretty easy. But I'm thinking about keeping my gmail account for non personal stuff like Facebook, forums etc
