translating in the browser window

When I enter the german ebay in Safari or Crome on OSX I get a notification and the ability in translating (or not) the page from German to English! How do I do that when using the equivalent browsers in iOS?

The option comes up for me using Chrome in iOS. It doesn't seem to come up using Safari in iOS, but I'm also using a content blocker, so it's possible/likely that it's not coming up because of that.

I just downloaded and used Chrome and the translation option did come up! Thanks C DM
