Translator?

I have spent the past 30 minutes in the app store looking through translators, but I wasn't able to find find any one which is good.
What I am looking for, is a Spanish <-> English and a German <-> English translator. It has to work without an internet connection.
I am guessing to get one that works offline, it will cost a bit. The maximum I'd be looking to pay for them would be about 10€ each (but I am willing to increase that a bit if there is something really good), but I am not really willing to pay 20€+ for just one.
So any suggestions?

Not sure how to delete - I didn't notice the board this post was it, thought it was about OS/X applications, sorry.

iTranslate is nice because it uses voice, but can be expensive for the voice packages.
