iPhone Transparent Status Bar Selector (?)

Hey guys, new to the forum, long time jailbreaker though!
I have added a Transparent Status bar that works great for my theme! But i was wondering if there is a tweak that allows you to choose which apps utilize that and what ones dont. As I said, looks great on lockscreen/SB and certian apps, but lets say in Contacts, it is clear and shows the contacts when you scroll through, its kinda ugly. Any fix for this?

I was playing with this yesterday and could not find a way to do this. I figured out that most of the apps use the transparent status bar and few use the black, or silver one. If you want to change the status bar on the LS and the Homescreen go into a photo editor and add a 40x640 selection and make that area 60% brighter (might need to play with the brightness a bit) this only works on darker images. Thanks for the tip! But that wont work because my theme has a rather bright background, but thanks for the idea, maybe ill learn code just to fix this! It would make my theme complete~!

So far I can't even figure out how to remove transparent status bar in my lockscreen themes. So i am using a tweak called Blackout, that replaces all status bars with an old ios black bar, but still retains the transparent bar in the LS.

A few other threads also mentioned Antitint as a halfway solution as well, AFAIK it does the same thing.

Found something, Flex has a patch that will only make it transparent on Springboard and Lockscreen!

Edit: Sorry for the Delay, its called Transparent Status Bar Only on Homescreen or Transparent Status Bar Only on Homescreen located in the Springboard cloud.
