Hello Apple Support Communities.
I am having a recent problem with the Trash Can on my Mac.
I had a locked file from my Windows partiton that I could not simply throw away.
So I went to my Mac place and just threw it away from there.
But now, even after the file was deleted forever, the file is still there, like a ghost.
It's just there, but no longer a folder, but now a unknown 'Unix Excutable File'.
I don't think it is an actual file, as the Trash Can empties quite easily, and talks about no errors that that file cannot be deleted.
Any ways to solve this problem? I tried the sudo rm -rf command, and the file is still there, and the command just says that that file is no longer there, but it's still there.
Thank you for your interest! :)

Any way to fix this weird file from being in my Trash Can?
I don't know if a defrag would help, but if it does, is there any free software for the Mac that defrags your Mac?
