Travel bag for 10.5 that has a strap to hold onto airport luggage bars

Is there a 10.5 inch iPad travel bag out there that has a strap that can hold it onto carry on airport luggage handle bars?

Most laptop bags have this but have not found any for the iPad.

Anyone have an idea?
