Hi, I have a palm treo that has pocketpc operating system and I want to sink it to my macbook, how can I do that? I want to transfer appointments, contacts, etc. Thanks!

You might want to wait a little bit - Missing Sync v6 caused chaos to my categories...

They seem to have fixed something in the latest beta release but I would be very carefull - definetly worth running an SD card backup prior to every sync.

I have a Treo 650 and use Missing Sync software.

Works like a charm. Very happy with it. No issues at all..

I think Dembo is talking about the version of MissingSync for WM6 devices (of which the Treo is not one, right?)... they are always playing catch up with Windows Mobile....

Na, this was Missing Sync for Palm OS (used it on my T3). To be fair the T3 so far has been synced to Outlook using Pocket Mirror, so I am not 100% sure whether the Missing Sync was the issue here.

However, after installing the 6.001b4 version of Missing Sync (changelog stated that they fixed something category related) things are running as smooth as expected. :)

To bad that my T3 is showing signs of aging - guess I will have to replace it with a PDA/Phone combination by the end of the year, hmmm... let's see how much the iPhone is over here in Europe. :D

I just use iSync with my Treo 650, works fine for me. I have the Palm desktop software installed and the iSync conduit enabled--it syncs my calendar, address book, to-do's, etc. Works fine for me.

Yes, but does your 650 run Windows Mobile? NO. Read before you reply.

OP: get The Missing Sync.
