I tried removing the ccleaner from app cleaner software but the software is locked so I went to activity monitor and found the ccleaners so I clicked on it but it doesn't do anything. Can anybody help me please?

Note the PID of the process (a display option) and kill, or force kill, the process using the options at the top. If the process is still there even after a force kill check the PID. If it is a different and higher number that means that it was relaunched.
