Tried To Upgrade Now It Says My SIM Card Is Not Supported

I have an iPhone 4, never jailbroken, from AT & T. Tried to upgrade to iOS 5, went through the whole process but when my phone restarted it said my SIM card "does not appear to be supported". Any ideas?
