trigger 2 Yongnuo YN560 IV Wireless Flash at once

Good day,

I currently have 1 yongnuo YN560 with 2 xYongnuo RF-603 II 16-Ch Wireless Flash Trigger.

I trigger is on my D3200 and the flash is behind the subject. Sometime when doing landscape my flash is not covering the whole background. If I buy another flash, do I have everything to trigger both at once?

I use a YN-560 TX to trigger two YN560s.

Think you might want one too.

I am not a pro either - so feel free to ignore me lol...

So with this trigger, you can place the flashes anywhere within range of the trigger - it doesnt need line of sight.

I am just a hobbyist too so my usage is not too intensive.

The 622n trigger, I would need to look at it more, I can only comment on the bits I have played with.

I think the Yn560's have a slave mode, so if you trigger 1 the other should fire.

if your trying to get a white background try setting the background to f16 with x2 flashes and a f8 key light/flash...that should get you heading in the right direction....eg shot below with that set up and a white paper background

I have 3 YN560 IV which I trigger with the YN 560 TX. I also have a pair of YN 603 which I rarely use and only in receiver mode as it is also triggered by the YN 560 TX. I only use the 603's when adding a non-yongnuo flash into the mix. The beauty of the YN 560 TX is that all flashes can be adjusted on camera rather than running from flash to flash to make power adjustments. However, the 603 is fire only and doesn't receive power instructions so have to go to the flash location to make adjustments.

Also, I can confirm that the YN 560 will signal through walls and has a good range. With real estate photography, while primary lighting (Flash A and B) is in the subject room, I may put a flash in an adjacent room (flash C) with low power around 1/16 to not have a dark doorway to the connected room in the subject room and no problem firing. Also at very low power is awsome in the shower of the master bath. Sometimes I will forget to turn one of the flashes off and it will keep firing when on the opposite end of the house.

Yongnuo YN560's are so cheap that they are basically throwaways, however after several with very little use suddenly stopped cycling, it was getting expensive replacing them for what appeared to be a bad transistor. Switched over to the Godox system which works similar.
