trillian doesn't work any longer?

Hello!

I have had my trillian suddenly fail me, it goes to the open splash window or whatever, starting plugins, and then "crash detected... make not of changes and try to reverse them... if you installed a new plugin try removing it and see the probrlm persists..."



trillian help is not a help! any suggestions?

don't think i've installed anything recently, maybe sightspeed....?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

I did try uninstalling, deleting the program files folder, and then reinstalling. it worked when it was basic, but when i inputed my trillian pro password, it no longer worked?!


tis a little frustrating.

Since you have a pro account, I'd try contacting the tech support at Trillian.
