Trim Support

I just installed an OWC Mercury Electra 120GB SSD in my Mac Pro 3,1 do I need to enable TRIM support and if so, how do I ? It is currently disabled.

Hi, I know there is a length thread on TRIM support already. However, that thread is over 40 pages and too long to easily find answers.

I had a question about this for my OWC SSD and I was told that the combination of the built in garbage collection on my SSD and TRIM would actually cause more problems than benefits.
