Triple monitor setup with my mac mini.

I need to run three separate monitors on my mac mini. No gaming involved here, multiple screens will only be used for display/advertising purposes so in my opinion the mac mini is capable enough to display different images on each screen.

I have 3 Samsung 2253LW running at a native resolution of 1680x1050. My initial thought was to get a Matrox TripleHead2Go but that would limit me to a resolution of 1280x1024. As far as I know running below native resolution would result in blurred images on the lcd.

Instead I would want to know if connecting via mini-dvi to vga a Matrox DualHead2Go running at 1680x1050 each for 2 screens plus having the third screen connected via mini displayport to dvi running at 1680x1050 work? (Sorry for the long question)

I do know that the Mac Mini could drive two displays at a time using the mini dvi and display port. Since the Matrox DualHead2Go works by making 2 monitors seem as if it were one bigger monitor, would this setup work? I badly need answers fast.

3 monitors but with a twist

I am trying to do something vaguely similar.

Has anybody set up 3 monitors/keyboards/mice in 3 seperate rooms, all running off 1 Mac mini?

I have gotten as far as a 4 port KVM splitter but ideally Id like to run CAT5 and transmitter unit from where my Mac mini is to the three rooms, then have a local receiver units in each room.

I'd also like to know if this will work. Can I run 2 monitors with the dualhead2go and the third from the mini as well? This would let me have 3 monitors running at native resolution with no lag?
 
From looking at the info on the Matrox Dualhead description web page it looks like it should work up to resolutions of 1920 x 1200. which uses one monitor port on the Mini...then you hook the third monitor to the other port on the Mini.

I believe the Dual Head 2 Go stretches your desktop.
So, you'll end up with one looooong desktop. Any system
notices will be cut in two and displayed on the edges of
both displays.

Instead of the DH2G put one monitor on the "mini Display Port"
and the second display on the "mini DVI". For the third display you'll
need to purchase a USB Display extender. You'll also need drivers.
