Anyone heard of Win.Trojan.Toa-5370166-0?

ClamXav picked it up today, never had it before. Pretty widespread infection throughout.

I did take it into the Apple store and had the battery replaced (late-2013 Retina 15").

Otherwise haven't done anything that might have compromised my system beyond the norm.

Its a Windows virus. It is harmless on your Mac unless you have windows installed via bootcamp or VMware since it can't run in the Mac OS. However, you should delete the file to prevent inadvertently passing it along to a PC in, say, an e-mail.
