I've tried to access a website I regularly use called creativelive.com and although the main page loads, when I click on any other tabs, I get taken to a blank screen. Basically I can't navigate the site & the login button isn't even showing.

I have tried all the usual cache rests, tried different browers & nothing has worked. My OS is El Capitan.
The same issues exist on chrome, safari & incognito.

I'm thinking it must be my computer. I run my computer on the same internet connection as my ipad & I can access the website on my ipad with no problems.

Any suggestion on how to solve this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Have you disabled all of your Mac browsers' extensions?

Try creating a new user account, logging into that and visiting the website on Safari and Chrome without installing any browser extensions.

Thank you for your reply.
I have disabled extensions but I can't log into the website because the login tab is not visible on my computer. The start up page of the website is different on my mac compared to my lpad.

Here it is loading in El Capitan via BrowserStack -- so it should work. Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing? That may help.

Also... try visiting directly to the login:

I tried that login link but it just took me to a blank page :(

Have attached a screenshot

So, I can reproduce a blank screen when I turn off javascript.

For some reason the site's js isn't working for you. It may be that their js domain isn't loading for some reason.

Does this Javascript file load for you?

If you know how to tether your Mac to your iPhone or some other internet connection, see if that fixes it. Also make sure your browser has Javascript on -- but if you've tried multiple browsers, it seems unlikely

Yes that file loaded for me...but it was just a bunch of text :) is that right? Sorry I'm not very techy :)

I connected to the internet using my phone but that didn't fix it...same issue.

Maybe it is from their end like you said.
The support team is working on it but they are soooo slow

Ya was just a bunch of text. I don’t know then. Hopefully they can figure it out.
