Trouble Downloading From iCloud

I'm trying to replace my poor quality songs with iTunes quality ones. I purchased iTunes match and did all that. Now I'm trying to download them from iCloud but they're grey and I can't click on them. How can I get around it?

You're not signed into iTunes Match properly - indicated by the icon next to Music - it should be a plain grey cloud. Make sure it's turned on in the Store menu, if it is sign out and then in again.
