Resolved Trouble in Paradise! Console in OSX 10.10.2?

Suddenly my Console is acting weird:

Anybody has a way to rebuild the logs databases?

Never had this prior to the last updates to OSX 10.10.2 (14C1514) and the 2015-003 1.0 security patch.

Try Repair Permission in Disk Utility and reboot.

Permissions repair complete

Seems to have done the trick! I looked up for possible errors, but according to this ignore list from Apple, it seems no very strange things is in the output.
