Trouble installing Bluetooth peripherals in Windows 7

Greetings,

I am using Windows 7 via Bootcamp in a Mac-mini. The apple Magic Mouse works fine in Windows 7 except for the vertical scrolling. To solve this vertical scrolling problem I tried to install Logitech bluetooth wireless mouse model number V470with no success. Windows cannot discover this mouse. I tried in Add Devices and Printers but still without success. Is there a method to make Windows 7 discover nearby Bluetooth devices? Kindly help because I need to install this mouse to solve the vertical scrolling problem.
