Trouble logging into website

im having issues with my new iPad Pro 12.9” logging into a website. I am updated to the latest OS-11 and using Safari. I have a iPad running on OS-10 and I’m able to log into that same website. I’m stumped, has to be something with settings for Safari? Could it be the website has issues with OS-11?

Maybe try force quitting Safari and go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. Also, try a different browser, such apps as Google Chrome or Firefox. And obviously, double check what you’re typing in as your login credentials.
