Ok I have the last gen version of the Airport Extreme and my internet connection that I pay for is 20MB/s. Currently I am pulling down about 13 MB/s from the router. I spoke with the ISP and they reconfigured my modem to no avail. I have no signal loss or packet loss, and the rep stated it might be my router settings or my MBA settings, does anyone know anything about doing a reconfig on the settings on either the computer or the Airport to where I can reach my Maximum speed of 20MB? Possibly a program or settings i can change on the MBA or Airport? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Test via wired and wireless first before proceeding further. If you get the same result, then there's nothing you can do from your side.

If wireless is much slower, you can try changing the channels.

Plugged my mac mini in and got full 20MB straight from the modem, I'll check on changing the channels, any other ideas?
