I'm having trouble playing some AVI files. Quicktime always says that the files are corrupt or that they ended prematurely. The files are segments of a 3-part whole. I keep retrying to get the files as new, but quicktime always says that they're corrupt. Is there any other program I can play them with or possibly repair them with?

Well lets see:

1) Divx Doctor II
2) VLC
3) MPlayer OSX

Yeah well Those 3 applications helped me all the time.

I would try using #2 or #3 before #1.

Divx Doctor II is getting old... but for some Divx Files, i have only gotten it to change them into readable files...

But yes, VLC and MPlayer Os X are good and *needed* for anyone who wants to play files that quicktime will not understand.
