I seem to be having trouble with my apple email addresses. If I send out an email using an @icloud or @me address it doesn't go through - if I send out an email using my yahoo or gmail address it goes through instantly. I have been suspecting this for the last couple of days but last night and today I've tested it out repeatedly. On a macbook pro using my wifi. not a single email has been received by my reception's accounts (these are mine so I'm not relying on someone telling me they didn't get my email) yes I've checked junk/spam folders

any suggestions on what I should check?

This is so frustrating, been trying to figure this out all morning not a single email is going out or coming through on either of my apple devices, but I do get an occasional spam email coming in. If it's user error I would love to learn the solution - this sucks!
 
Curious if anyone is having Apple email trouble? Tried logging into the iCloud site via Safari, get an error message when trying to access emails through it: "Mail is taking longer than expected... try again later" Same message when trying to access my Number's spreadsheets through iCloud. Tried asking in Apple support communities, message says that's being updated won't let me log in, each time get a login fail message.

Either my iCloud account alone is "broken" don't know a better term or Apple could be upfront and respectful of their users about the fact that they are having issues and I don't need to waste my time trying to solve a problem on my end that is not on my end.
