My husband just purchased a new iPhone 12. He set it up on Sunday, February 21st. But as of today, Friday, February 26th, most of his apps are still loading. Something must be wrong. How do we go about correcting this problem.

Sounds like an issue with your isp or wifi.. Plus depending on how much data needs to be downloaded, it might take awhile unless you have an extremely fast internet connection...

Thank you for your reply. I don't know what was wrong. But we restarted the phone and all the apps loaded very quickly upon restart.
